Job Description

MONCLER is seeking a 6-month intern to join our EMEA Clienteling Team based in Paris.Intern - Omnichannel Events & Client Experiences Assistant, EMEAFrom October 2025 to March 2026Reporting directly to the EMEA Omnichannel Events & Client Experiences Manager, the intern will play an active role in supporting the team’s daily activities and strategic initiatives during the peak season, contributing to the delivery of exceptional client experiences across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport to Event TeamSupport the daily activities of the EMEA events departmentParticipate occasionally on operational missionsRequest Evites and follow up on translationsMonitor payments and invoicing with our suppliers.Register new suppliers & invoices on the dedicated platform Benchmark, analysisRegularly benchmark events organized by competing companies to identify best practices and innovations.Help build and organize event archives (documentation, images, materials).Contribute to updating and improving internal guidelines, with a view to continuously optimizing processes.Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and presentations.Participate in the design and formatting of visual and creative presentations for the team's various projects Clienteling datasOn a weekly basis, the intern will work with the Global Chief Client Officer & President, EMEA, and the CRM & Business Data Analyst, EMEA, on all clienteling data-related analyses and action plans.Support the preparation of client insights reports and presentations for senior leadership.Assist in maintaining and updating CRM databases to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
