Support training sessions for vendors, either on-site or at the office. Help facilitate smooth communication and coordination across teams to support onboarding activities. Monitor and report stock levels of tablets and paper rolls. Assist in logging and tracking vendor feedback, bug reports, and system-related issues. Inform the line manager and finance team about damaged, lost, or stolen tablets. Help maintain positive relationships with vendors and external parties. Provide regular updates on onboarding activities to the line manager and supervisors. Support with any ad-hoc tasks related to the onboarding process. What do you bring to the table?Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, IT, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, proactive, and eager to learn. Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of tools like Google Sheets, Jira, or Salesforce is a plus. Team player with a hands-on attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
