You’ll collaborate with teams across marketing, operations, and supply chain functions to help ensure that strategies are executed efficiently and deliver value to customers. You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with other interns and Process Managers through networking events and team activities.What You’ll Do:Assist in process improvement initiatives using tools and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Business Process Management.Support cross-functional teams in executing projects like product launches, technology implementations, and continuous improvement efforts.Help identify opportunities for efficiency, waste reduction, and risk mitigation.Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to real-world business challenges.Basic Qualifications:Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited Canadian university, with expected graduation in or after 2026.Preferred Qualifications:Studying Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.Adaptable and open to learning in a dynamic environment.This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in process management and make an impact on how a leading institution operates.
