Position Summary The Intern, Social Media & Influencer Marketing will support the digital marketing team in growing awareness and engagement across LG H&H’s family of beauty and personal care brands. The role involves hands-on experience with content creation, community management, influencer outreach, and campaign execution. This individual will help develop social media strategies, experiment with new tactics, and contribute creative ideas rooted in data and current trends. Responsibilities Social Media Responsibilities Assist in developing monthly social media calendars and strategies for product launches and cultural moments. Manage scheduling, tagging, and publishing across social media platforms. Create and adapt content for Stories, Reels, and posts, including writing on-brand captions. Monitor daily engagement, respond to community comments/messages, and flag trending topics. Stay up-to-date with social media, beauty, and skincare trends; share insights to support content planning. Ideate, film, and edit short-form video content using platform-native tools. Comfortable speaking on camera as needed for content production. Influencer Marketing Responsibilities Support organic influencer gifting programs by identifying creators, coordinating outreach, and managing shipments. Help grow and maintain a diverse pool of influencers; support relationship-building and tracking key moments. Manage and organize internal influencer gifting inventory. Track and audit influencer network data to ensure accuracy and support campaign execution. Assist with maintaining influencer platforms such as Tribe Dynamics and Statusphere. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, Advertising, or related field. 0-2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or related disciplines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.). Experience with image or video editing tools is a plus. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams with minimal supervision. Passion for social media, digital storytelling, and content creation. Active personal presence on social media platforms. Interest or experience in beauty and skincare is highly preferred.
