Your role will involve supporting talent acquisition initiatives, acting as a liaison for events, contributing to employer branding efforts, assisting with projects and reports, and ensuring efficient handling of onboarding documentation. This internship provides you an opportunity to gain exposure in campus engagement and relations in attracting talents, develop skills in project management working with various stakeholders to co-ordinate events and enhance interpersonal and communication skillsIn This Role You Are Required Support Talent Acquisitions in hiring initiatives such posting on job portals, screening resumes, interview scheduling, managing inquiries from candidates and hiring managers. Serve as a liaison contact, plan and participate in physical events (e.g. school career fairs, professional job fairs, etc). Gather necessary documents for various situations such as onboarding and ensure that all documentation is returned for timely processing. Collate, analyze and interpret recruitment data, and presenting the data and findings in the form of PowerPoint for weekly or ad-hoc recruitment reporting and monthly joint recruitment meeting. Perform cold-calling candidates for Interns and Graded Employees. Support our ITE Work-Study Diploma Programme and SATS Graduate Assimilation Programme.Key RequirementsYou are best equipped for this role if you have: Currently studying in Bachelor in Business / Human Resource / Social Sciences or related field of studies Internship period: Please indicate your exact period of availability in your resume. E.g. 02 January to 30 June 2026 Proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Mastery in PowerPoint is highly advantageous Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Effective interpersonal and communication skills Creative and enthusiastic with a friendly and positive outlook A team player with good communication skills and analytical skills
