Why This Role MattersAs a Fleet Back Office Intern, you’ll play a key role in the backbone of Goodyear’s Fleet Services — ensuring accurate pricing, timely invoicing, and smooth operational support for both fleet customers and service providers. Your work enables the Front Office and truck teams to deliver reliable, cost-accurate services and directly contributes to customer satisfaction and efficient day-to-day fleet operations.What You’ll DoAdminister pricing and invoicing processes for fleet customers and fleet service providers.Take full ownership of uploading and maintaining pricing data for FOS fleets (customers and service providers).Record jobs and service activities on the Goodyear FOS platform to ensure accurate operational tracking.Create daily tire orders and manage error handling for purchase orders.Work closely with Front Office Agents and the truck team to ensure service delivery meets quality standards.Support the fleet team with ad hoc operational tasks that improve data quality and process efficiency.Maintain and update internal databases and documentation to ensure records are accurate and current.Internship ResponsibilitiesExecute tasks assigned by supervisors in a timely and accurate manner.Prepare and support research materials, reports, and relevant documentation.Maintain and update databases, ensuring precise data entry and record keeping.Observe and assist across various office and operations roles to gain broad exposure and practical training.Escalate process issues and suggest improvements when appropriate.What You’ll BringCurrently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree.Motivated to learn, collaborative, and able to work with multiple teams.Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and following structured procedures.Good command of English (written and spoken).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Outlook and SharePoint is an advantage.Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills; reliable, organized, and deadline-focused.Prior experience in a mid-to-large corporate environment is a plus.What We OfferOn-the-job training, mentorship, and exposure to core fleet operations.Hands-on experience with Goodyear’s FOS platform and fleet operational workflows.Opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Front Office, truck operations, data).A supportive work environment that values learning, adaptability and teamwork.#LI-CD-2#LI-HybridNote: We encourage applicants from diverse and non-traditional backgrounds to apply, even if you do not meet every qualification listed above.Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
