You will commit to personal learning and development by actively seeking opportunities for growth, you will share knowledge and experience with others, and act as a strong brand ambassador, embracing our purpose and values in order to put these into practice in your professional life.During your tenure as an Internal Audit Business Analyst / Consultant you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:Participate in a wide range of assignments (internal audits, design of control environment, control assessments) that aim to help clients to conduct their business in a more efficient and effective wayProduce a high-quality work product and collaborate with others to deliver a superior client experienceDevelop reports and presentations that support the achievement of engagement goals and objectivesPerform control assessments and design solutions to improve client’s operational efficiency and complianceEvaluate internal control design issues, develop mitigation plans, and assess and design internal controls procedures and policiesIdentify and propose technological solutions to digitize the internal audit functionUnderstand how business functions operate and how industry trends impact a client’s business.#WinningRequirementsPotential candidates should fulfill the following criteria:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance or equivalentMaster’s degree in Business Administration, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Corporate Governance, Finance, Accounting or other related areas will be considered as a plusProfessional Certification (e.g. CIA, ACCA, CISA, ACA) will be considered as a plus1-2 years of work experience in the areas of internal audit and / or risk management and / or regulatory compliance and / or external auditStrong understanding of internal control methodologies, International Standards for Internal Audit, and relevant regulatory frameworks will be considered as a plusExperience in using technology to digitize internal audit and risk environments will be considered an assetComputer skills, proficient use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Experience with data analysis tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI, Tableau, ACL, QlikView or similar will be considered as an advantageA confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients at all levelsFocus on delivering work of high quality by making appropriate use of tools and methodologyAct with honesty and integrity and build a foundational knowledge of ethical and professional standardsMilitary obligations fulfilled where applicable#AboutAssuranceAt Deloitte, Assurance is the insight we provide and the trust our work inspires.
