This position directly supports the Internal Audit Manager and plays a key role in preparing, executing, and following up on audit engagements. The Internal Audit Executive will contribute to ensuring compliance, strengthening internal controls, and enhancing operational efficiency across our retail operations.Job Description (Key Responsibilities)Support the Internal Audit Manager in executing the approved audit plan.Prepare background research and documentation before each audit engagement.Assist in conducting fieldwork, performing audit tests, and documenting evidence.Report audit findings and updates to the Internal Audit Manager on a timely basis.Contribute to drafting audit reports and follow-up action tracking.Assist in monitoring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulations.Provide recommendations for improvements in internal controls and processes.Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours)Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.Relevant professional qualification (CPA/CIA/ACCA) will be an added advantage.Total 5-8 years of experience; at least 2 years of experience at big4 & 3-6 years of experience in internal audit department, ideally in retail or fast-paced environments.Strong understanding of retail operations, risks and control systems.Excellent command of written and verbal in Turkish and English.Skills and CompetenciesProblem-solving abilities.Strong execution skills with the focus on timely completion of tasks which includes planning, organizing and prioritizing with strong attention to detail.Confident, resourceful, analytical, attentive to details, team player and innovative.Good communication and reporting skills.Proficient in MS Office applications.Willingness to travel.
