Internal Audit Supervisor

Responsibilities Supervise and perform internal audit assignments in line with the approved audit plan.Review and assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.Ensure audit work complies with professional standards and internal audit methodology.Prepare clear, accurate, and timely audit reports with practical recommendations.Monitor the implementation of agreed action plans and follow up on outstanding issues.Provide guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training to internal audit staff.Participate in the risk assessment process and assist in developing the annual and long-term internal audit plans.Coordinate with management and other assurance providers to enhance audit coverage.Support the Chief Audit Executive in reporting audit results to senior management and the Audit Committee.
