Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes. Perform testing of financial and operational processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Prepare and maintain clear, well-documented working papers and draft audit observations. Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations. Conduct audits covering insurance operations, underwriting, claims, and finance. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Internal Audit function. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 3–4 years of experience in Internal Audit or Internal Control (preferably within the insurance sector). Strong understanding of insurance operations, regulations, and risk management practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
