At Ingenico, trust and sustainability are at the heart of everything we do.Scope As an Internal Auditor, your role is to conduct internal audit engagements with the objective to ensure reliability of the processes and bring added value to the organization.Main ResponsibilitiesExecute and collaborate on the audit missions assigned, and in accordance with the audit methodology.Conduct audit testing and identify reportable issues and critical matters to be communicated to the Audit Manager or Lead AuditorEvaluate design and effectiveness of internal controlsPrepare audit report/memo drafts and finals and verbally communicate findings to senior managementPerform ad-hoc missions (e.g. investigations, incident reviews, etc.) on request.Responsible for the continuous monitoring and follow-up of audit action closure he is assigned to.Responsible for managing internal audit projects and initiatives which aim to continuously improve the audit process.Keep up to date with all important related trends with regards to regulatory requirements, risk management within the financial industry.ExperienceHigh potential with ideally first experience in operational audits, compliance and or similar functionsEducation: Engineer and/or Business School, University degreeExperience in a payment card industry or financially regulated entity.Technical SkillsKnowledgeable in any data analysis techniques and tools.Understanding of the business operations processes in a financial institution or payment card industrySoft skillsGood audit abilitiesOpen minded, team working, flexible, interest for an international exposureAnalysis & synthesis capabilities, rigorous approachGood reporting skills (oral and written)Strong willingness to learnFluent in English.
