The internal communication assistant/associate is responsible for developing and managing corporate communication programs to promote and protect the Company's image and reputation. He or she is also in charge of handling internal communication tools in support of the Company's projects and advocacies as well as to drive employee motivation and love for the Company. The function also entails the crafting of strategic communication plans and managing of events to help the division offices and business units in delivering their business objectives.
