If this sounds like you, and you are ready to take on a broad area of responsibilities, then you could be our new colleague.Your new positionAs Internal Communications Lead, this hands-on strategic role creates clarity, engagement, and momentum across the organization. Partnering closely with People & Organization (P&O), senior leaders, and cross-functional colleagues, the role activates the culture strategy, enables change, and elevates leadership communication. It combines strategy, storytelling, and agile delivery to make internal channels feel alive, purposeful, and aligned with company goals.We offer exciting responsibilities:Develop and execute an internal communications plan aligned with business prioritiesPartner with P&O and leaders to activate culture—embedding values and behaviors through relevant campaigns and everyday momentsCo-create change communications that make change understandable, meaningful, and energizing—translating strategy into practical actions that enable adoption and realize valueCoach and equip leaders; draft talking points, enable storytelling for key moments and cascades, and plan/deliver high-impact moments and eventsManage internal channels (e.g., intranet, digital platforms, town halls) and produce engaging multi-channel contentMeasure reach, engagement, and feedback; use insights to continuously improve and demonstrate impactYour profileA strategic doer who can zoom in and out seamlessly—setting direction while delivering with pace and precision. Creative, resourceful, and commercially sharp, with strong stakeholder influence and storytelling abilities. Thrives in a growing, dynamic environment and brings clarity through simple, impactful communication.Experienced internal communications professional, preferably with experience in culture and change communicationsStrong writing and storytelling skills; clear, concise, and engagingDigitally fluent with internal channels and tools; comfortable producing content across formatsCredible with senior leaders; coaches and challenges constructivelyManage competing priorities and turning ideas into actionProfessional proficiency in English; Danish a plusYour new teamThis role sits within the Communications function and reports to the VP of Corporate Communications and Media Relations.
