MISSIONChampion the DBS Mission and Vision, cascading that vision through the organization. Accountable for set-up and ongoing management of the service scope in the region/cluster, in line with service level agreements and quality standards defined by the global DBS R2R Service Lead, corporate IC/IA and DBS Asia Internal Control Head. He/she is accountable for building the capability to deliver regional services in line with the DBS strategy and business case. He/she delivers innovation and continuous improvement that enhances the service /optimizes cost for the activities in scope. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESStrategy & Service Delivery•Develop, implement, and manage DBS services and operating models at cluster levels, ensuring alignment with DBS values, strategies and customer satisfaction.•Ensure successful service operation and delivery, driving continuous improvement, standardization, and automation of controls and processes under the DANgo scope.•Lead DANgo campaigns across geographies and ASDC and strengthen governance and risk management through enhanced data analytics and deep business understanding. Risk Management & Internal Control•Conduct internal control testing and risk evaluations as per Global IC guidelines and DBS Asia IC SOP, ensuring timely documentation and submission of results to Corporate.•Support BPOs in developing and tracking action plans from IC, IA, or external audit findings to drive timely remediation for incharge CBUs and Zone domain•Facilitate and coordinate testing performed by the testing center.•Provide control advisory support to local business projects.•Ensure timely escalation of major deviations to Zone and Corporate teams, fostering a culture of proactive risk management and continuous improvement. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration•Collaborate with global, zone, testing center, and local DBS teams, as well as BU internal and external stakeholders, to advance the risk mitigation agenda.•Build IC awareness and communication across all levels (CODIs, BPOs, BCOs), and facilitate regular risk discussions with stakeholders.•Communicate and report on risk and control topics to stakeholders, and partner with Corporate and Zone IC & IA teams for control evaluation and risk monitoring. Team Leadership & Capability Building•Lead and develop stream cluster teams to deploy DBS processes, technologies, and services, promoting a culture of control awareness and automation.•Develop and mentor talent to ensure leadership continuity and build a pipeline for key positions, supporting long-term organizational capability and competitive advantage.•Proactively identify process enhancements and control systemization, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.KEY DELIVERABLESService delivered within zone agreed performance and quality and in line with global DANgo control frameworkSLAs/KPIs agreed actions with relevant stakeholderContinuity of control and risk awarenessEscalation mechanism to global, zone and local internal/external stakeholdersDevelop, implement and execute standardization roadmap for the region in line with company goals MAIN INTERACTION•DBS Asia IC head and Geography Leads•DBS Asia Service Line leads•DBS SDC testing center and CNAO geo IC in JP&ANZ•Corporate & region IA & IC team•Zone and CBU leadership•Zone and CBU BPOs•Danone external auditors•Other external stakeholders KEY METRICS (Mission critical performance indicators):•Realization of the globally agreed KPIs/SLA’ for the region with internal/external stakeholders•Global IC/IA instruction and DBS Asia IC roadmap•Internal control standardization and systemization•Internal control service performance and quality in line with agreed SLA and cost efficiency INNOVATION SKILLS & COMPETENCIES•Broad understanding of business operations•in-depth knowledge of risk and control frameworks, and expertise in assessment tools.•Proficient in interpreting and applying results.•Drives organizational improvement through new technology and processes.•Strong analytical skills, numerical ability, and a highly motivated, integrity-driven mindset.•Excellent networking and influencing skills.•Fosters teamwork, collaboration, and a transformational mindset. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE:•15+ years in audit/IC with strong commercial background. FMCG industry experience preferred.•Relevant certifications (CPA, CIA, CISA) are a plus.•Experience with data analytics tools and automation.•Experience in cross-functional projects, change management, and shared service centers.•Experience in personnel management and senior stakeholder management
