Our client seeks an Executive Coach to join its internal coaching program. The coach will work with employees across the firm to enhance professional effectiveness, sharpen decision-making, and maximize impact, fostering reflection and accountability that enables individuals to generate their own solutions and accelerate their development. This position offers the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the firm’s culture and operations, ensuring coaching is commercially relevant and aligned with organizational goals in a collaborative and engaging environment.Experience:A bachelor’s degree is required, and a master’s or other advanced degree in applied psychology (e.g., industrial organizational psychology or organizational consulting) is preferred, along with at least eight years of relevant experience.Significant experience as an executive coach, with a track record of working with mid-level professionals to enhance effectiveness, navigate transitions, and address complex business challenges.Deep understanding of organizational dynamics and the ability to apply coaching approaches that strengthen our leadership capability and business impact with expertise and commercial acumen.Demonstrated ability to thoughtfully challenge and support individuals, using reflection and inquiry to promote insight and growth.
