Rocky Textile Mills (Pvt) Ltd is looking for Internal Financial Audit OfficerJob Description / ResponsibilityRocky Textile Mills (Pvt.) Ltd. is a dynamic and fast-growing local textile company engaged in woven fabric dyeing, printing, and finishing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct periodic internal audits across all financial and operational areas.Review and verify all accounting records, vouchers, bills, payments, and documentation.Perform inventory audits (raw materials, chemicals, consumables, WIP & finished goods).Review procurement, store issues, GRN, GIN etc.Verify payroll, overtime, supplier payments, and expense claims.Prepare detailed audit reports with corrective action recommendations.Follow up on findings to ensure corrective measures are implemented.Assist management in strengthening internal financial controls.Educational RequirementsMaster of Business Administration (MBA)Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance.Professional certifications (CA-CC, ICMA Part Qualified) will be an added advantage.Experience Requirements2 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Textile,Dyeing FactoryAdditional Requirements2–5 years of experience in Internal Audit, preferably in a manufacturing or textile wet process environment.Strong knowledge of accounting standards, audit procedures, and internal controls.Ability to analyze data and detect irregularities.Good command of MS Excel, ERP/Accounting software.High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.Job LocationNarayanganj
