You will ensure that our IT systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with the business goals. This includes managing IT services, leading digital transformation projects, implementing best practices, and providing technical support to the team.This UK-based position plays a key role in supporting our global teams across the UK, EMEA, North America, and APAC regions. The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to our London office as needed. Working hours are aligned with standard UK business hours.What You Will DoIT Strategy and LeadershipDevelop and execute the company's internal IT strategy to support business objectivesDrive digital transformation initiatives, ensuring the use of modern and efficient technologiesCollaborate with leadership to identify and address technology needsInfrastructure and Systems ManagementOversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, and devices)Ensure uptime, scalability, patching and reliability of internal systems and applicationsManage and optimize cloud solutions, software licenses, and hardware procurementCybersecurity and ComplianceImplement and maintain robust security measures to protect sensitive data and systemsEnsure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOC2) and best practicesConduct regular security assessments and auditsIT Support and Team ManagementLead and develop the internal IT team, including hiring, mentoring, and performance managementProvide hands-on technical support for employees and resolve IT-related issues efficientlyManage vendor relationships and IT service agreementsAdhere to INSTANDA's information security policies, guidelines, and best practices to protect our company and our clients. Contribute to a culture of security awareness within the company. What We're Looking ForProven experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership roleStrong understanding of Microsoft Entra, Intune, Autopilot, Jamf, AzureStrong project management skills and experience leading IT initiativesExcellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
