THE ROLEOff-White is seeking an Internal Logistics and Planning Specialist to join its team and support logistics operations.WHAT YOU'LL DOManage internal logistics operations to ensure efficient material flow and sample managementCollaborate with other departments to support schedules and delivery timelinesImplement and maintaining logistics processes and procedures to improve operational efficiencyManagement and support of activities related to events, such as fashion shows, sales campaigns and shootings; with possibility to travelBe in charge of all the movements related to the Samples that you’ll receive from the other departments, both outbound and inboundManage Employees Clothing Allowance, monitoring budget ahead of shipping, in cooperation with the HR DepartmentSupport the Commercial and Production Planning team in their day-to-day activitiesWHO YOU AREAt least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion or luxury industryDegree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldKnowledge of the basic customs documentation and operationsFluent in spoken and written English and ItalianProficient in using logistics software and ExcelStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyStrong commitment to maintaining operational efficiency and professionalism
