Job DescriptionAs the Internal Marketing & Employee Experience Specialist (Virtual Assistant), you will be the driving force behind the VAA Philippines employer brand and internal community. You will leverage marketing principles to design, manage, and promote a vibrant internal culture, ensuring high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction. This role is crucial for building community, celebrating our team's success, and creating a positive, supportive environment that makes VAA Philippines the employer of choice for Virtual Assistants.The ideal candidate is a creative, proactive content marketer with exceptional organizational and communication skills who is passionate about building a strong internal brand.Key Responsibilities Internal Marketing & Content Strategy (The Employee Brand)Community Newsletter & Content Curation: Strategize, create, and curate high-quality, engaging content for the monthly internal community newsletter.Talent Brand Storytelling (Post-Event Content): Capture the value and energy of all internal initiatives and events. Develop compelling post-event content (photos, videos, testimonials) for internal platforms and external "Student Place" social media channels to promote VAA as a great place to work.Recruitment Marketing Support: Assist in planning and executing content for on-site recruitment drives (e.g., landing page content, social media graphics/captions) that highlights our positive company culture."Student Place" Social Media Management: Apply marketing skills to manage the Student Place social media presence by planning content, designing graphics, and writing captions to connect with the future talent pipeline. Culture & Engagement Program ManagementWelfare & Recognition Marketing: Manage the marketing and logistics for key appreciation programs, including monthly birthday and work anniversary celebrations. This involves coordinating details, sourcing suppliers, and managing budgets to ensure gifts and celebrations align with the VAA brand experience.Major Event Planning & Promotion: Lead the logistical planning and internal promotion of major quarterly and annual initiatives (e.g., Annual Big Event, Management Workshops, Boot Camps). This includes venue/supplier sourcing, budget drafting, and internal communications to drive high participation.Virtual Event Design: Support the planning and execution of virtual events and webinars, focusing on creating high-impact proposals and ensuring a seamless, engaging attendee experience.Reward Programs: Assist in the internal marketing, creation, and execution of the Monthly Reward Program, ensuring the recognition is well-publicized and effectively drives desired behaviors. Partnership & Administrative SupportPartner Program Promotion: Coordinate with external partners (e.g., SUNLIFE) to market and promote free webinars and financial consultation opportunities to VAs and staff.Data & Reporting for Impact: Prepare comprehensive liquidation and evaluation reports for all events and initiatives. Conduct verification and status reports for ongoing programs like work anniversaries and tele-counseling sessions.Team Engagement Logistics: Provide administrative support for department meetings, team buildings, regional meet-ups, and co-working sessions, focusing on logistical arrangements.System RequirementsMain Device:Processor: Intel Core i3 / Ryzen 3 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD equivalent.RAM: 8 GB or higher.Storage: Minimum of 112 GB.Internet Speed: At least 20 Mbps for both download and upload speeds.Backup DeviceProcessor: Intel Core i3 / Ryzen 3 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD equivalent.RAM: Minimum 4 GB.Storage: Minimum of 112 GB.Internet Speed: At least 10 Mbps for both download and upload speeds.Note: The use of mobile phones or tablets is not accepted for this role.
