We are searching for an internal sales specialist who provides great customer service and order handling. The ideal candidate has couple of years experience, especially with ERP Systems.Your dutiesAssist in ERP integration and close collaboration with headquarters while implementation phase;Provide customer service and insuring quotes and orders are done in a timely manner by providing product technical support and providing quotations and product datasheets;Provide customer and sales support assistance with both commercial and technical issues;Provide proforma invoice to customer and also support in importation of ARI Valves. Assist sales personnel, distributors, and end-users to ensure order accuracy and proper order flow;Promote and maintain a strong customer service image to customers; Communicate effectively and professionally with all internal and external customers;Be a connecting link between PT ARI Indonesia and headquarters in Germany; Perform other related duties assigned by management;Your profileExperience in inside sales in industrial market or related field selling or supporting technical productsKnowledge of ERP Systems and processes is requiredProficient knowledge and use of MS Office productsTechnical understanding is desirableGood Englisch communication and team working skillsKnowledge in making invoices and also importation of goods
