(Durban based)The Job RoleThis role is an office administrative support role, focused on the sales quoting, order processing, order delivery, team coordination, customer commercials management and general administration aspects of our sales team. As well as supporting our team of customer-facing Account Managers, who sell business technology solutions.The ideal candidate will be a passionate and sales focused individual, who can engage with our clients and work together with our Account Managers to sell, manage and deliver technology solutions.Essential SkillsThe position requires strong administrative and business acumen as well as customer engagement EQ as well as previous experience with:Pastel EvolutionCRM/ERP systemsOur team of talented Account Managers are responsible for selling our solutions; therefore, this supportive administrator job role is core to our on-going growth and success.Our solutions include business technologies such as: Microsoft 365, Azure, firewall security, data protection, software licensing, internet, infrastructure, servers, computers, voice, print, cloud as well as advanced Power BI financial reporting and custom application development.Who Suits This Role?This role will ideally suit a candidate who have experience in the IT MSP, IT Reseller or IT Distributor industry.
