Job Description

CSI Leasing is a leading leasing company specializing in IT asset financing. As we continue to grow our Polish branch, we are looking for a new team member, Vendor Internal Sales Specialist who would build and maintain strong relationships with our vendor partner and customers and lead them throughout the leasing process.If you are interested in joining our Sales team and want to continue developing your professional career, we are looking forward to meeting up with you and discussing the details about our open job role.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing vendor partner and customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.Support Vendor Sales Manager in preparing and structuring leasing offersCoordinate and process leasing requests, approvals, and documentation.Work closely with Sales and Credit&Funding Team to ensure timely and accurate deal execution.Provide ongoing support and follow-up for renewals, extensions, and end-of-lease options.Identify opportunities within existing vendor relationships to grow business volume.Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare regular activity and pipeline reports.Collaborate with other internal departments, like Operations team, to ensure smooth operations and a great customer experience.Requirements:Experience in a sales support, inside sales, or account management role (preferably in B2B or financial services).Excellent communication and relationship management skills — you enjoy building trust and long-term partnerships.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Comfortable working with numbers, quotations, and commercial documentation.Fluency in Polish and good command of English (spoken and written).Reason for joining CSI LeasingBe part of a stable, global organization with a strong local presence and long-term vision.Work in an international, collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth.Gain exposure to both financial and IT sectors — two of the most dynamic industries.Hybrid work model with flexibility and a supportive team culture.Competitive compensation package and employee benefits.If your work profile matches our requirements, we will guide you through our recruitment process:1.phone screening (cca 15-30 min) – in English, with HR representative2. face-to-face meeting (cca 60 min) – in Polish, with Sales Director and Vendor Sales Manager3. online meeting (cca 30min) – in English, with EU Sales Manager - international level
