Job SummaryTo achieve individual loan targets and ensure that all the loan and administrative duties are executed in a timely and efficient manner, according to the company‘s policies and procedures.Primary Responsibilities Loan Production & Processing – All related functionsMarket and Promote consumer loans in line with individual & team loan targets – This involves employing all established marketing approaches inclusive of Online loan request follow-up, Walk-in client attendance, After sales service communication, Branch and Unit meeting presentations and other Approved mediums.Complete Loan ApplicationsRegister Loan Applications on Online SystemLiaise with client/financial advisor/team member for additional informationReview loans and provide detailed recommendationPrepare Loan DocumentsReview and provide feedback to clients for Online Loan RequestsProvide feedback within 24 hours for all loan requestsLiaise with Employers to have Salary Deductions acknowledgedPrepare all correspondence relative to loan queries, balances, other information Loan Disbursement:-Register Loan Applications on Disbursement registerPrepare Loan VouchersFollow-Up to ensure timely return of files Data Entry & Filing :-Generate client account and update all client details on systemEnter vouchers and journals on systemPrepare Loan Files before disbursement & Label file and place in designated areaSecondary ResponsibilitiesPrepare receipts for Incoming PaymentsData Entry – All PaymentsPerform other job-related duties and functions that may be required from time to timeQualificationsEducationMinimum 5 CXC O'Level passes inclusive of Grade 1 or 2 in Mathematics and English A and6 CAPE passes or an equivalent diploma or professional certificateA first degree in a related field would be an assetExperienceMinimum two (2) years in Financial Services IndustryIndustry Experience would be an assetPlease note that our recruitment and selection policy requires you to present a police certificate of character no older than 6 months from the date of stamp.We thank you for your application.
