We appreciate people who are willing to work on challenging projects with an attitude to learn and win.Our Publishing department identifies high-potential games and scales them through data-driven decisions, production expertise, and advanced monetization strategies.YOUR MISSIONAs a business developer, you will lead mobile game projects end-to-end - from prototype testing to production and post-launch optimization. You will act as the main bridge between partner studios and internal teams, combining business development, product thinking, and strategic execution.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify and reach out to potential studio partners worldwide.Represent YSO CORP and onboard new partners into our publishing processes and dashboard integrations.Evaluate game potential through structured testing and data analysis.Analyze and monitor KPIs such as CPI, retention, LTV, and ROI.Make data-driven decisions on greenlighting, iteration, scaling, or stopping projects.Define and execute monetization strategies.Lead project roadmaps from prototype validation to production and post-launch growth.Manage partner relationships, documentation, contracts, and reporting.Act as the first point of contact for external partners and key internal stakeholders.Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring.Prepare presentations, performance reviews, and strategic pitches.IDEAL CANDIDATEFluent in English (additional languages are a plus).Strong analytical mindset with confidence in KPI-driven decision-making.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.Interest in mobile games and publishing.1–3 years of experience in publishing, project management, business development, or mobile gaming is a plus.Why Join YSO CORP?Join a fast-growing tech company at the forefront of mobile game publishing.Take ownership of high-impact projects with real business visibility.Work in an international environment with global partners.Develop expertise across product strategy, monetization, and scaling.Grow in a culture that values autonomy, performance, and innovation.Type of contract: CDILocation : ENGHIEN LES BAINS - 15 minutes from PARIS - Gare du Nord by transport (100% Office)
