International business developer

ZOME is strengthening its international expansion project and is looking for an International Business Developer with strategic vision, analytical ability and solid experience in building global relationships.In this role you will play a central part in defining ZOME’s expansion model for each country, analysing priority markets, assessing opportunities, establishing strategic connections and identifying the right leaders to represent the brand locally. You will also act as the main link between international regions and our global headquarters in Portugal, ensuring alignment, communication and sustainable international growth.Main Responsibilities• Define ZOME’s expansion strategy and market entry model for each country• Identify and prioritise markets with strong growth potential• Develop relationships with stakeholders, partners and local talent• Identify and support the recruitment of regional leaders• Ensure continuous communication and coordination between each country and the headquarters• Monitor international growth metrics and recommend strategic adjustmentsWhat We Are Looking For• Proven experience in international business development• Strategic thinking combined with strong execution capabilities• Ability to build relationships across different cultures• Autonomy, resilience and a high level of professional maturity• Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus• Knowledge of the real estate sector or international expansion models is an advantageThis is a senior position.If you believe you have the right profile to contribute to ZOME’s global growth, we would love to hear from you.
