New Vega is a marketing and communications group specialized in gaming, technology, and entertainment.The group brings together several expert agencies (PR, events, media, influencer marketing, social media) working with global publishers, studios, and hardware manufacturers.Our operations span multiple regions, requiring close collaboration between agencies across the group. To structure and leverage this dynamic, New Vega is creating a new cross-functional international role: Business Development Director, responsible for coordinating the group’s commercial strategy, managing multi-agency RFPs, and overseeing international campaigns.Main Responsibilities1. Strategic Consulting Coordination· Centralize and coordinate RFP responses and proposals involving multiple agencies within the group.· Identify the right internal and external stakeholders (sales, consultants, project managers, creative leads) and organize team collaboration.· Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation standards across all proposals (both content and design).· Organize client presentations and prepare teams for pitches.· Structure and streamline the group-wide commercial response process.2. Supervision and Coordination of International Execution· Oversee international and cross-agency campaigns: planning, coordination, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.· Manage client relationships on group-level accounts to ensure smooth communication and lasting satisfaction.· Consolidate performance data and feedback to derive operational and strategic insights.· Recommend improvements to the commercial offer and internal processes to enhance the group’s efficiency and visibility.3. Group Business Development & Commercial Coordination· Develop and drive the group’s business development strategy in collaboration with the sales leads of each agency.· Plan and coordinate joint business development initiatives: trade shows, industry events, publications, international roadshows, visibility and networking operations.· Build and maintain a shared group-wide commercial pipeline ensuring transparency and alignment on opportunities.· Unite and engage the various sales contributors across agencies to foster synergies and leverage complementary expertise.Profile Experience· Minimum 5 to 8 years in a business development, account management, or commercial leadership role within a marketing or communications agency.· Significant international experience is essential.· Proven ability to coordinate cross-team collaboration and manage complex multi-stakeholder commercial projects.· Strong knowledge of the gaming industry is a key advantage.Key Skills· Native or fluent English (German, French, Spanish or another language is a plus).· Excellent understanding of communication disciplines: digital, media, influencer, events, creative.· Ability to analyze client needs and recommend relevant strategic and operational levers.· Strong sense of coordination, diplomacy, and teamwork across multiple leadership teams.· Excellent writing and presentation skills.· Solid marketing culture and ease with CRM and collaborative tools (Notion, Google Drive, Teams, etc.).Personal Qualities· Structured mindset, team spirit, and cross-functional leadership.· Curiosity, autonomy, and rigor in managing diverse projects.· Strong affinity with gaming, tech, and entertainment cultures.· Appetite for challenge, performance, and business growth.Job Conditions · Offices in Paris near Canal Saint Martin · Remote work is possible
