Alfa Pastry, with a 72-year history, was founded by Athanasios Koukoutaris in Kozani and has grown into an international company with a presence in over 35 countries.Our greatest strength is our people — a team of more than 600 members who share the same vision and contribute daily to our success!We are looking for an International Business Development ManagerWe are now looking to hire an International Business Development Manager, an ambitious and energetic professional, to drive our export strategy, grow our international clientele and maximize global opportunities.Your Day To Day Will IncludeDeveloping and implementing export strategies to expand market reach and increase salesManaging and strengthening relationships with key international clients and partnersActing as the main point of contact for export clients, ensuring satisfaction and driving growthCollaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and minimize company riskConducting market analysis, identifying trends and opportunities for business growthCreating and executing account plans to meet sales targets and strategic goalsSupporting the Export Sales team and contributing to the overall expansion strategyRepresenting Alfa at industry conferences, trade shows and other international sales activitiesProviding regular reporting and performance updates to the management teamWhat You Need To SucceedBachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in export sales (preferably in FMCG or Food sector)Solid understanding of the food industry and exportsStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsAdvanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skillsFluency in English (German will be considered a strong asset)Availability to travel internationallyResults driven and self-motivated with passion, energy, and a positive attitudeWhat Do We OfferCompetitive compensation packagePrivate health insurance planAccess to educational material through our corporate platform and on-the-job trainingJoin a team where passion meets tradition and innovation.Send us your CV and become part of the Alfa story — because it’s our people who make the difference.
