Driven by a commitment to sustainable success and customer satisfaction, and supported by our ever-growing business ecosystem, we are now seeking an International Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities in domestic market, build strategic partnerships, and manage global sales channels in line with our growth objectives. ResponsibilitiesEstablish and manage partnerships with international manufacturers.Conduct global market research to identify and analyze new country and regional opportunities.Formulate import strategies, and oversee the execution of commercial agreements and contracts.Represent the company at international trade fairs, conferences, and industry events.Collaborate closely with domestic sales teams to ensure business objectives are achieved.Advise internal stakeholders on local regulations, import legislation, and commercial risks. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in international business development within the tire, automotive, or mobility sectors.Advanced proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).Strong knowledge of international contracts, distributorship agreements, and commercial law.Willingness and ability to travel internationally; excellent intercultural communication skills.Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems, and advanced command of MS Office applications.
