The company is dedicated to providing high-quality solutions and unmatched after-sales service to shipbuilders, operators, and owners.Role DescriptionVictor Marine are seeking an experienced and driven International Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and initiating new international business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with global agents and clients, and developing and implementing effective business growth strategies. Responsibilities include driving international sales, managing key accounts, conducting market research, and creating comprehensive business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to support overall business objectives.Ideally the candidate would be based in Chesterfield or surrounding areas, but we would consider a “home based role” for the right candidate or a “hybrid situation” to suit both parties. We would envisage approximately 75-100 days a year travel initially in support of our global network of agents, shipyards and re-sellers and supporting our Group Commercial Director in growing the brand and products with new partners and agents.Experience in the Global Marine industry would be preferred but again we would consider experience within general mechanical and electrical engineering products. Our current portfolio of products includes Oily water Separators, Gas Freeing Fans, Tank washing Equipment and Marine Sewage Treatment plants.
