Join us, and get better with every move.International Business ManagerAyvens - becoming better with every move.The primary mission of the Commercial Operations team within the International Key Accounts Team is to manage and develop the International Key Accounts products, applications, reporting and increase customer loyalty. Our clients are large multinational corporations in all sectors wishing to harmonize and rationalize their procurement of company cars, mobility solutions and fleet management services over a wide geographical area.The International Business Manager provides support to the International commercial teams in all areas to make them work more efficiently & effectively with the aim of optimising the overall commercial performance.The primary mission is to manage the data streams and tools as effective as possible ensuring the international commercial teams have accurate and complete information in order to work effectively and efficiently.MISSIONSSupporting role in maintaining and further developing of the monthly (internal) reporting in the IKA App. This reporting includes fleet size and fleet development across all international clients across all Ayvens countries, order bank and order intake, GAP and insurance reporting.Drive automation of the international reporting capabilities as much as possibleAutomate the consolidation of local data for client bespoke reportingMonitor, challenge data quality and make process improvementsProvide training and further enhance the usage of the IKA AppConsolidate and integrate data from different sources/ tools in order to provide full and insightful management informationIdentify & implement improvement opportunities that drive value and commercial effectivenessConsolidation and validation of data for client bonusses, ensuring payment of these bonusses and arrange for recharges to the Ayvens countries where needed. Close collaboration with accounting department. Automation of the process and reporting.Providing countries with quarterly overviews of accruals/provisions to be made for vehicle deliveries in an upfront bonus structureConsolidation of open calculation (product) results in the countriesSupport International Account Managers with consolidation other key commercial data as/ when necessaryProviding data for internal control/ auditsAs team memberCarry out any other such duties as the company may reasonably expect from time to time.Participation in the operation of the International Key Accounts teamActive participation in all meetings of the International Key Accounts teamSupport of colleagues, both Ayvens international and local colleaguesSkillsPersonal characteristicsCustomer focused, results oriented and highly self-motivatedProactive attitudeCurious to learn new skills, tools, systemsTeam playerDigitally minded, extensive knowledge of reporting and analytics, automation and possible usage of AIReady for change and flexibleCommunicative with colleagues in different departments and countriesEducation / knowledgeBusiness school or university degree graduateUnderstanding financial and commercial business modelsSkillsFluent EnglishMicrosoft Power BIExcel high proficiency (advanced Formula’s, Queries, Macros)Experience5-10 years working experienceExperience in international role is a plusData management experienceShould be business-drivenIT ApplicationsA dozen group IT applications to be masteredWhy Ayvens?
