Your future tasks will be... As an International Customer Specialist, you will be at the forefront of the customer experience, working with some of the largest global brands. You will support customers and their user across Europe and reduce the complexities of International trading.On a daily basis:You prepare customer facing quotations by working with our Partner network, ensuring best pricing, product availability and suitabilityYou keep contact with internal service providers to obtain information relating to the effective and accurate sales order processing, including validation of international ordering protocols for Export and Intra-EU shipmentsYou ensure the accurate & efficient sales order entry in accordance with customer specific SLAs and requirements, including any downstream management of own sales ordersYou ensure correct product selection, based on rebates, pricing, availability & lead times, inventory, contract, customer requirements etc.You support the maintenance of customer specific pricing & catalogues, linked to our customer facing eBusiness procurement toolsYou need to proactively resolve and manage customer, account, order, and invoices queries (as received) promptlyYou contribute and participate in continuous improvement and optimisation projects across the Group to deliver operational efficiencies that enhance the customer experienceYou support standard customer reporting requirements as required (as identified through during the onboarding process)You deliver an exceptional customer experience.You are an ideal candidate if…You have at least 1 year experience in a customer service related positionYou are fluent in English (Additional French or German would be an advantage)You have strong administrative and good communication skillsAbility to learn, develop and grow in a fast-paced environmentA high degree of adaptability and flexibility in your approach, with a proactive approach to continuous improvementAbility to work in a team, on their own, with the ability to prioritise workloadKnowledge of the major IT manufacturers and their products.You have an advantage if...You are familiar with SAPYou have Quote order management experienceYou have experience in Sales Support.What can we offer to you?Development and career opportunity within an international teamAs you will have a lot of cross-functional tasks, you can have insight and gain impressive knowledge of numerous departments in a global companyLanguage courses, trainings and Talent ProgrammesMedicare private health care package and cafeteria benefits (yearly gross 480000 HUF and after the first year spent within the company, it grows to gross 750000 HUF)Reward and recognition.About usComputacenter is a leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services, with about 20,000 employees worldwide.
