As we grow and expand into international markets, we’re looking for a professional who combines market insight, solid technical understanding, the ability to connect the dots, and determination in executing sales strategies. 🎯 Responsibilities·      Actively acquire and develop clients in the PV ground-mount structures segment and deliver sales targets.·      Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end.·      Conduct negotiations, prepare offers, and present technical solutions to decision-makers and engineers.·      Collaborate closely with technical and operational departments to align solutions with project requirements.·      Build relationships with key EPC players and investors in target markets.·      Analyze the market, draw conclusions, and spot opportunities where others see challenges.·      Represent ENSON at industry events and turn tenders/references into new business. 👀 We’re Looking ForA commercially driven relationship builder who can navigate both the boardroom and the jobsite—someone who connects market needs with technical reality, manages the full sales cycle independently, and enjoys opening new markets and winning complex bids with EPCs and investors. 🎯 Requirements·      2+ years of experience selling structures dedicated to photovoltaic farms.·      Solid technical understanding of ground-mount systems (engineering degree not required).·      Ability to conduct multi-level discussions (decision-making and technical levels).·      English proficiency at C1 level.·      Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.·      Category B driving licence.·      Experience conducting business meetings and presentations. 💎 You’ll Thrive If You Have·      A hunter mindset with consultative selling style and disciplined pipeline management.·      Confidence in multi-level conversations (executives, procurement, engineering).·      Ability to translate technical constraints into clear business value.·      Curiosity, resilience, and a habit of spotting opportunities where others see obstacles.·      Bonus: another language (DE/ES/FR/...). 👍 Benefits ·      Work in a rapidly growing company with the security of a large capital group.·      Technical and substantive support (designers, engineers) at every stage.·      The opportunity to have a real impact on the company’s growth and sales strategy.·      Contract options: B2B or employment contract.·      Work model: remote / hybrid (with client and team travel as needed). Don’t wait - apply now and help us lay solid foundations for clean energy with ENSON. 🌱
