Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and driven International KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Marketing Specialist to lead and execute global influencer strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility and engagement among international audiences, particularly global travelers. This role is critical in identifying and collaborating with KOLs across various platforms and regions to amplify our marketing efforts and support strategic partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, engage, and manage relationships with international KOLs to promote brand awareness and affinity.Develop and implement global KOL marketing strategies and integrated campaigns targeting international travelers.Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling content, promotional materials, and storytelling initiatives featuring KOLs.Establish partnerships with international agencies and other key stakeholders to support co-marketing efforts and outreach programs.Manage campaign execution, ensuring alignment with brand voice, legal compliance, and cultural appropriateness across target markets.Monitor and analyze campaign performance through KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI, and adjust strategies based on data insights.Keep abreast of international market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor KOL activities to refine strategies and stay ahead of the curve.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Arts, Languages, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in KOL/influencer marketing, international marketing.Proficiency in English and Chinese.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
