We are currently expanding our team and are looking for an International Lawyer.About The RoleWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Compliance & Dispute Resolution legal professional to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a legal professional with hands-on experience in regulatory compliance and licensing, who thrives in a fast-paced, multinational environment.Requirements Experience in igaming industry from 2 years; Experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and/or regulatory complaints considered a plus; Basic knowledge of AML/KYC procedures and risk assessments, familiarity of responsible gaming standards considered a plus; Excellent legal research, analytical and organizational skills; Fluent English — written and spoken.Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and responses to customer complaints and regulatory authority requests. Drafting and negotiations are central to this role; Manage letters, lawsuits, warnings, notices, and complaints from customers and regulatory bodies, ensuring timely and compliant responses; People management, including organization of internal investigations based on complaints received from customers, and guiding team members in effective and compliant customer communication; Liaising with local advisors worldwide on legal matters for resolving disputes and complaints; Conducting regulatory research with focus on law enforcement practices worldwide; Maintenance of databases and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management and regulatory bodies; Performing other legal tasks assigned by the manager.We Offer Self-learning library and access to paid professional courses; Group discussions and individual sessions with a psychologist; 20 working days of paid vacation and sick leaves; A day off on your birthday; Medical insurance; Comfortable office near the metro station in the city center; Anniversary gifts; L&D Center with internal courses for employees.
