We export our leading brands such as OK, Solo, Selpak, UniBaby and our most preferred brands in the cleaning papers, personal care, home care, baby care and out-of-home categories to more than 80 countries in 5 continents.What do we expect from our new team member?Developing and implementing international marketing strategies aligned with company brand goals and creating long-term brand and innovation strategies,Managing brand and marketing budgets and forecasting,P&L management for the brands in their responsibility,Reporting on brand performance metrics,Monitoring KPIs and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.Finding creative solutions and strategies to grow the brand,Taking part in market research and data analysis with market research teams, using market insights to drive brand growth, inform product positioning and go-to-market plans.Partnering with regional marketing teams to ensure campaign consistency and cultural relevance,Taking part in digital marketing processes with digital marketing teams, including social media strategies and digital advertising.Working collaboratively with cross-functions such as Production, R&D, Finance, Commercial Marketing and Market Research to support international launches.Leading and supporting the development of the brand team directly reporting to them.What kind of teammate are we looking for?Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Economy, and/or related fields,10 years of experience in brand management with at least 5 years in international or global roles preferably within the FMCG sector,Experienced in team management,Proven experience in taking on full responsibility for a brand as well as developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, Strong understanding of brand management, product lifecycle, and consumer behavior in diverse markets.Proven track record of launching products and campaigns internationally.Hands-on experience with budget management and P&L,Advanced proficiency in English, additional proficiency in French is a plus,A result-oriented perspective with a focus on achieving targets and continuous improvement,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively across functions and teams,Good grasp of organizational and project management skills,Strong analytical and data analysis skills.What do we offer you?At Eczacıbaşı, you can steadily improve your personal, professional, and technical competencies by participating in training programs that support you and your career.You will have access to opportunities for rotation among more than 50 companies and global experience in over 120 international markets.Vacation time at Eczacıbaşı is calculated according to seniority based on your total work experience.
