Today, we support over 1,350 NGOs across 22 high-risk countries, helping them deliver aid safely and effectively. 📍 About INSO CARINSO established its presence in the Central African Republic in 2014, responding to the post-coup violence.

Operating from Bangui with mobility across the country, INSO continues to guide nearly 100 national and international NGOs. As CAR transitions from emergency response to early recovery, your leadership will ensure INSO remains a critical partner for the humanitarian community. ✨ As Country Director, you will: Set the strategic direction for the mission and lead a high-performing senior management team. Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and resource management in a complex security environment. Represent INSO with donors, partners, and humanitarian forums, reinforcing our values of independence, impartiality, and neutrality.

Guide service delivery, provide strategic analysis, and lead crisis management support to NGOs during emergencies. 🧩 Requirements3–5 years as an NGO Country Director or senior leader in conflict/post-conflict settings. Fluent in French and strong English skills. Experience managing multi-donor programs and complex budgets (ECHO, SDC, USAID-BHA). Strong analytical, representational, and partnership-building abilities.
