Location: SydneyDates: Starting January 2026 for a duration of 6 monthsWe are looking for a creative profile to join Goldfield & Banks. Within the NPD (New Product Development) division, you will assist the NPD Manager in developing new products and managing existing product ranges on a daily basis:DevelopmentConduct creative research to expand the product line universe (moodboards, concept exploration, name suggestions, packaging ideas, product evolution, etc.).Take part in 360° strategy development for product activations with a focus on launches(digital activation, retail activations, packaging evolution, etc.) from concept creation to launch.Contribute to the development of the 3-year marketing plan aligned with the brand’s DNA for upcoming assets and products.Assist with fragrance briefs for creations planned over the next 3 years.Prepare creative briefs for agencies regarding packaging and design.Development of a perfume bar for the opening of our flagship store in Sydney, including the sourcing of raw materials and ingredients, as well as its implementation in-store.Conducts regular evaluation sessions, liaises with fragrance houses to provide and gather feedback, and takes part in meetings with them to explore infinite possible directions for future fragrance developments.Market Analysis and TrendsConduct market analyses (performance reviews, trend insights). Work on a monthly report that catalogs new olfactory creations and analyses various launches.Perform benchmarks, and ad hoc research.Stakeholder CoordinationCoordinate with internal teams for product development and associated 360° activations: communication, digital, retail design, purchasing and supply team, etc.Oversee launch coordination with the Marketing Team.Collaborate with the Supply and Purchasing Manager, suppliers, and other stakeholders regarding product feasibility.Candidate ProfileProfile Requirements:Experience: Initial experience in product development or operational marketing. Previous experience in fragrance is a plus.Education: Higher education, equivalent to Bac+4/5 (master’s degree). Fragrance studies are a plus.Languages: Fluency in both French and English is required.Skills: Organized, positive, curious, dynamic, enthusiastic, and passionate. You demonstrate strong creativity and are eager to contribute to the development of niche products. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory.
