Working location: Ho Chi Minh/ Ha NoiWorking time: Monday - FridayType: Full-time Reports to: COO We are partnering with a Vietnamese fragrance brand that beautifully fuses local cultural heritage with modern French perfumery. The RoleWe’re looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Executive to join the export team and accelerate international growth. The ideal candidate will identify new opportunities, develop and manage key accounts, and close deals with global distributors and B2B partners. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial setting and is eager to bring extraordinary fragrances to the world.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate leads with international distributors, retailers, hotels, spas, and private-label clients.Build and manage a strong pipeline of B2B opportunities through LinkedIn, trade shows, email campaigns, and virtual meetings.Conduct engaging product presentations, fragrance sampling sessions, and develop tailored proposals (MOQ, pricing, etc.).Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while ensuring sustainable margins.Work closely with production, R&D, and logistics teams to guarantee smooth order fulfillment and on-time delivery.Requirements1–2 years of B2B sales experience (ideally in fragrances, cosmetics, logistics, or beauty-related industries).Proven success in closing international deals and managing export accounts.Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Arabic is a plus.Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, resilient, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.Passionate about fragrances and storytelling—bonus points if you know how to “sell the scent.”Nice to HaveEstablished network in beauty wholesale or hospitality procurement.Familiarity with Incoterms, export documentation, and fragrance regulations (IFRA, EU/US compliance).
