This role focuses on opening and developing key retail accounts and driving growth through strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement international commercial plans. Identify, approach, and negotiate with key retailers and distributors. Deliver tangible business outcomes — meetings, proposals, and signed contracts. Build strong, long-term relationships that support our expansion goals. Report to the Board, ensuring full transparency and accountability. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments. Requirements 4+ years of experience in international sales or business development. Proven success in managing accounts with top retailers. Experience in Spain is essential; Italy and France are a plus. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, result-driven, and resilient.
