THE ROLEWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Sales Manager (m/f/x) to join our Warsaw-based International Team. This role focuses on driving new business across the CEE region and beyond, building strong agency and client relationships, and positioning YOC’s premium advertising products in strategic media plans. Additionally, the role includes the following key areas: Identify and develop new business opportunities with media agencies, advertisers and programmatic buyers across target marketsMaintain relationships with existing clientsPresent and promote YOC’s high-impact ad formats and programmatic solutionsManage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiation and deal closureBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in agencies and brandsCollaborate with internal teams (AdOps, Creative Studio, Marketing department) to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfactionStay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities in the regionMeet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set for the roleYOUR PROFILEMinimum 3 years experience in digital marketing sales, preferably in programmatic, media buying, or ad techProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong understanding of digital advertising products, programmatic buying, and agency dynamicsFluent Polish and exceptional command of English (both spoken and written) — C1/C2 levelExcellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environmentExperience with premium publisher networks and rich media productsEstablished network within the CEE digital marketing or agency landscapeWHAT WE OFFERYOC stands for „Your Opinion Counts”.
