Explore opportunities with Gurmen Group and let's create new beginnings together!QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (International Trade, Business Administration, Marketing, etc.),Excellent command of English (written and spoken),Minimum 4 years of experience in international sales or wholesale operations and product planning and allocation,Strong communication and relationship management skills,Analytical mindset with solid reporting abilities,Strong persuasion and negotiation capabilities,Commercially minded, solution-oriented and proactive,Strong planning, coordination and follow-up skills,No travel restrictions.Job DescriptionSupport the development and growth of international retail and wholesale sales channels in line with company strategies,Manage daily communication with international franchise and wholesale customers and coordinate order, stock processes,Monitor, analyze, and report sales and product performance on a regular basis,Coordinate order processes for key accounts to ensure timely and accurate execution,Participate in the preparation and implementation of seasonal collection order meetings (Spring-Summer / Fall-Winter),Collaborate with stock management and product planning teams to maintain accurate stock levels and product availability,Work closely with logistics, finance, marketing and other internal departments to ensure smooth operational flow across markets.Prepare Seasonal Order Budget Planning with key accounts and related departments (Showrom / RPT)Monitoring and reporting of sales and stock performance of business partners and franchisees on a periodic basis
