Data Analyst

Primary Purpose: Support APAC Health and Wellbeing strategy of International SOS Global Account through analytics and clear communication. Key Responsibilities: Data Analytics & Reporting: Respond to data/reporting requests, analyze complex datasets, provide actionable insights, and ensure project delivery within scope and quality standards. Governance & Data Processing: Manage data governance and processing, ensuring data security, quality, and integrity. Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors, align analytics and reporting needs with leadership. Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Provide guidance on data and analytics tools, share best practices and methodologies. Additional Support: Support other health services pillars as needed.

Required Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Proven proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and using data visualization tools (e. g. , MS Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Business Objects) for impactful storytelling. Knowledge of SQL, machine learning concepts, and familiarity with R or Python is desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences. Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate workplace environment, preferably in data or project management roles. Experience with vendor and project management.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
