As intern in the Commerce Transformation Office you will be supporting in enabling the commercial organization to deliver this strategy through common language, streamlined solutions and capabilities that are understood and utilised by Global, Regions and OpCos.Main responsibilities:The Transformation Team plays a key role on orchestrating pilots and deployment of the capabilities across all Operating Companies worldwide. We are looking for an intern to support the orchestration and oversight of all initiatives/projects and their status.You will be responsible for the correct and up-to-date registration and follow-up of initiatives and programme deployments, and for analysis and reporting of project status.You will support standardization by developing supporting transformation materials and supporting in continuous improvement in our ways of working. Finally, you will be supporting the development of future-fit capabilities through ad hoc projects As HEINEKEN, we have a global Project Management approach which will be the basis for all project management activities. By supporting the initiatives, you will learn about Project Management and how to apply in practice.As an intern, you will be fully onboarded in the team, learn about the organization of commerce (sales & marketing) and transformation in an international environment whilst contributing to our delivery of the Evergreen strategy.The internship is based in our Amsterdam office and available as of 25 August for the duration of 6 months.During your internship you will get the opportunity to get to know HEINEKEN as a company, also outside your department. Of course always with the guidance that is right for you.The departmentThe Commerce Transformation Team is part of the Global Commerce Department Commercial Excellence. You will be working with colleagues from disciplines within the Commerce Department (Brand Building, Innovation, Revenue Margin Growth and Route to Consumer / Sales) and with other headoffice functions including Transformation, Finance, Communication and Digital & Technology.The terms of employment Your starting date is 1 February 2026The internship is fulltime (in consultation also 4 days a week possible)The duration of the internship is 6 monthsIt is a practice-oriented internship You will be based in Amsterdam., with the option to work up to 40% remoteYou will receive an internship fee of €650 gross pm (WO/HBO) based on 40 hours per weekYou will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime) You will have access to our Heineken events and networking opportunitiesYou can enjoy our famous Thursday Borrels!If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursedThe unique you! Conditions of HEINEKEN You are enrolled at an educational institution for the entire duration of your internship and can provide proof of enrollment for the current academic year during your onboarding.In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution.In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.You reside in the Netherlands for the entire duration of your internship.
