PositionIf you are passionate about Customer Service and Supply chain, there is a great opportunity for you as we are looking for a highly motivated Internship full time for 6 months!Within the Nordic Organization and reporting to the Nordics Customer Service Manager, you will be placed in a vantage point in the organization and have a chance to actively work together with all the departments of Parfums Christian Dior Nordics. As such, you will thus gain an insight into how the luxury goods business operates in the Nordics working with the company’s external and internal clients across the different markets.This internship will be based on Copenhagen, Denmark.Starting date: January 2026Job responsibilitiesYour Main Responsibilities Will BeManagement of various order types, including:Weekly sales ordersTester and POSM ordersInternal ordersReturnsItem master data handling & assortment-related tasksClaims handlingGeneral delivery flow oversightOther ad hoc tasks as requiredProfileBachelor or Master Student (Major Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or similar)Fluent in English (Danish and other Nordics languages will be a plus)Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel is a must)Structured and organizedEye for the detail.Have strong analytical and communication skills.Additional informationBased in Copenhagen School Agreement mandatory6 months Internship, full time
