Various discounts in (web)shops;Welcome @ Work; dine, spend the night, and have breakfast in your own hotel for 2;Team building events, trips and holiday parties;The opportunity to grow within our company worldwide.What makes you the perfect fit for this bold journey?You are currently enrolled for Bachelor's or Masters in hospitality management, or similar course and this internship is required by your school;Perfect command of English;You can work independently as well as in a team and you have a guest-oriented and collegial attitude;You are stress resistant; you have good communication skills and you have a flexible attitude in terms of working hours and work pressure;You are determined to learn and develop;In addition, you are innovative, resourceful, have a commercial attitude and are available for at least 6 months.What part will you play in creating the unforgettable?As a Food & Beverage Management Intern you are responsible for overseeing various operational as well as managerial tasks in one or more of our Food & Beverage outlets. These are the rooftop destination restaurant Selva and the cocktail bar Sonora, main hotel bar Moana, the banqueting and room service. Examples of the operational tasks you will be involved in are supporting in the outlets when busy, learning how the outlets work operationally on day-to-day basis and moreExamples of the managerial tasks you will be involved in are schedule-making, administration of the employees, offer letters, stock-takes and inventory control processes, reporting, project management and much more. You are also responsible for handling complaints within the Food & Beverage departments, and you ensure and maintain the correctness and level of service.
