Internship - Innovation Management and Communications Assistant

The student, as part of the IT Innovation global team under guidance of IT innovation manager locally, will undertake projects to organise Innovation events that are planned in alignment with IT strategy. You will have the opportunity to work with Application owners to comeup with UI/UX designs.Job DescriptionIn your new role you will be able to participate/organise/assist/manage:Various onsite/virtual events Article write-ups to promote, communicate innovation events, activities Research on Innovation topics and post them in social plaforms for sharing Participate in innovation workshops and meetings Come up with ideas to promote innovation culture Work with Application owners/developers to design UI/UX of the applications/projectsInternship Learning Outcome:Innovation culture and promotion to global community UI/UX design for existing or new applications Working with local and global teams with diversityLearn and gain insight into the bigger picture of large scale eventsYour ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have:On track to attain Bachelor in Mass Communications, Business Administration, Digital Communications Good command of English, Strong writing and communication skills required for daily taskingsCollaborative, Adaptable, with a passion for innovation Knowledge in UI/UX design preferred Familiar with tools like Miro board, Figma, Microsoft ishare, Jira, Confluence#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
