Support user story creation and backlog refinement in Agile tools (e.g., Jira). Help analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization. Support system configuration under the governance of IT Product OwnersCollaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth data flow between PLM and other ERP or integrated systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of IT systems, data models, and integration concepts. Good communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting. Nice-to-Have Knowledge of PLM systems (Infor Optiva or similar) or ERP systems (SAP).
