Job Description
We are currently seeking motivated students to join our Private Markets Group (PMG) team for internship opportunities starting in February 2026 or August 2026. The Private Markets Intern will actively participate in the screening, due diligence, and execution of direct private market transactions.MissionWithin Union Bancaire Privée (UBP), the Private Markets Group (PMG) is responsible for sourcing and introducing private market investment opportunities to sophisticated HNWIs and institutional clients. Leveraging our extensive network of valuable contacts, we regularly provide privileged access to exclusive investment opportunities across all sectors of the so-called “Private Markets,” including real estate, private equity, private debt, and infrastructure assets. In doing so, the PMG enhances the differentiation of Union Bancaire Privée (UBP)’s product offering and supports the acquisition of new clients as well as the growth of Assets under Management (AuM).Main responsibilities Screen and analyse new investments opportunities across various sectors of the private markets Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modelling, industry research and business analysis Support on the due diligence of deals retained by the team Prepare investment briefings and memorandums, and help defend investment recommendations to the investment committee Support on the preparation of sales pitches and presentations Assist the team in the execution process of private markets transactionsYour Profile Bachelor’s degree or ongoing master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics or related. ! Please note that this internship is open exclusively to students who are currently enrolled in their studies. Candidates who have already completed or are in the process of completing a Master's degree unfortunately do not qualify for your internship positions. We kindly invite such candidates to instead explore our Graduate Program, which is specifically designed for recent Master's graduates. Students who are taking a gap year between their Bachelor's and Master's degree are also eligible to apply.
