We help businesses scale their online sales and optimize marketing and operational processes using smart automation and AI technologies.The ChallengeWe’re looking for a Business Automation & AI Intern to join our growing team and help us turn data and processes into intelligent solutions. This internship is perfect for someone analytical, tech-curious, and eager to apply generative AI and automation to real business contexts.What You’ll DoMap and optimize business processes in Marketing, Sales, HR, and Finance.Design and implement automations using tools like Make, Zapier, n8n, Airtable, and Notion.Develop AI assistants and internal agents for administrative and marketing support.Create performance dashboards and automated reports (Looker Studio, Power BI, Notion).Document best practices and contribute to the Automation Playbook for the company.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or similar.Basic understanding of Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, etc.).Knowledge of programming (Python, JavaScript, SQL) is a plus.Strong analytical mindset, autonomy, and technological curiosity.Clear communication and eagerness to learn fast.What We OfferInternship under the IEFP +Talento Program, with hands-on learning and technical mentorship.Work in an innovative, automation-driven environment.Hybrid setup (Fafe + Porto).Real opportunity for a full-time position after the internship.
