We are looking for an intern to start in April 2026 for a duration of three months.What You Are Going To DoAt PwC every member of the organisation is part of our community of solvers. Hence, as an intern at the Corporate Finance practice of PwC, you will be regarded as a full member of the team and will support deal teams with including, but not limited to:Researching and evaluating company and market data using both proprietary PwC intel and data from external resourcesApplying various company valuation techniques and other financial analysesDeveloping presentations for potential business opportunities to win new mandatesProvide support on live deals with your Corporate Finance colleaguesCollaborate with PwC colleagues from other competencies within the broader Deals departmentGet familiar with the PwC way of working and establish a network of PwC professionals with deep roots in the world of corporate financeQualifications, Capabilities And Skills We RequireCurrently pursuing a master’s degree (preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Econometrics or other technical study) with above-average gradesSolid financial foundation and proven affinity with financeStrong analytical skills, demonstrated ability to work self-directed and in a team and ability to multitask on various assignments while keeping attention to detailProficiency in MS OfficeGood command of Dutch and English (both verbal and written)Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills We PreferPrevious experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity or similarParticipation in extra-curricular activities such as exchange programmes, top-sports or student associationsThis Is What We Offer YouAt PwC, you will have the opportunity to be yourself, get the best out of yourself in a high-performance organisation and grow within our global network.
